Pastor Mark Anthony Dupree, Sr. was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas.  He accepted the Lord as his personal savior at the early age of 8 and began proclaiming the goodness of the Lord at the age of 12.  Mr. Dupree served as a Minister, an ordained Elder, and Associate Pastor under the leadership of Pastor's Alvin and Linda Dupree, until their passing.  After serving in the ministry for over 25 years, he is now the Senior Pastor of Grace Tabernacle Family Life Outreach Center.

Pastor Mark's entire life is ministry. He is serving his third 4 year term as the District Attorney of Wyandotte County. The scripture that he guides his life and career is Micah 6:8 "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?"

Pastor Mark and Sister Shanelle have been married for 15 years and they have 4 beautiful and active children.

First Lady Shanelle accepted the Lord as her personal savior at an early age.  She is the daughter of Pastor Henry and Elaine Gunn.  She was born in Nebraska, raised in Oklahoma and moved to Kansas for law school.  She has a passion for serving families and is the executive director of a non-profit and owner and creator of a course.  She is a licensed attorney in Kansas, an author of Bible Study Perspectives: Genesis, and an adjunct professor for law students.
